The Planning Automation SME is responsible for implementing new planning tools for AMZL capacity planning activities. Tools such as CTO (Channel Topology Optimizer), O-Treat, Caps Automation and ALPS are required to improve the effectiveness, accuracy and scalability of planning activities within AMZL. This role is responsible for understanding internal processes, revise those processes, gather systems requirements and write BRDs.
